My life has been a dance with creation, expression, and the mystery of existence; an ongoing exploration of what it means to be human and divine. I’ve witnessed how fear often clouds spirituality, leading us to forget the profound truth at the core of all things: Love. I’ve dedicated myself to finding the threads of truth woven through every modality, culture, and belief system I encounter. Like climbing a mountain, there are countless paths to the summit, and each offers its own wisdom. My focus is to share resources and tools for arriving at holodynamis through disenfranchisement, individuation, self-actualization, and conscious expansion.

Over recent years, I have put into practice a psychological methodology I call 'Love over Fear', which aims to develop an authentic disenfranchisement from fear-based influences. We were born out of Love. We are made out of Love, and everything we do in some respect always comes down to Love. At the core of nature and reality is life, life-sustaining energy, existence, and as nothing exists by itself, coexistence, harmony, and Love. Everything is Love, and the perceived absence of Love is an illusion of our intellectual perceptions. This understanding shapes everything I do, offering a lens of Love through which I approach healing and connection.

Love, Healing & Expansion is a safe, supportive space to nurture and explore your inner being; to connect with the real you that has been passed over by others and even yourself. I wanted the name of this offering to reflect my pragmatic approach to connecting to our holodynamis or 'total force of our whole being'; aligning body, mind, and spirit.

Love is at the core of this offering, as I believe Love is the mysterious force of creation and connectivity of everything. I offer my heartfelt care, understanding, and attention to both the luminous and shadow aspects that my clients bring to me. In my book, "Love over Fear: A Foundation for Autonomy", I do a deep dive into explaining how everything is rooted in Love, even the darkest aspects of life. My intention is to help people overcome fear and identify what it truly is; the illusion of the absence of Love. Through the integration of Love over Fear, we can build a strong foundation for healing and seeing the world through a lens of Love.

Healing is an ongoing process. Every day presents new opportunities to integrate the lessons we have learned. Exercising presence, acceptance, and contentment of the NOW is easier said than done. Doing our best to utilize methods that promote equanimity in the present moment and continuing to explore new psychological and physical methods of being present is an extremely rewarding practice to habituate that I aspire to help others with, as well as practice for myself.

Expansion pertains to shedding the limitations that we experience, whether adopted from external sources or ones we have placed on ourselves. The way the world operates at a core level is, and always will be, a mystery. Although the absolutes and conclusions that we often arrive at are well-intended for our foundation of how we move through the world, they can also hinder us and keep us in energetic places that don't align with our higher purpose. Integrating mind-opening practices and exploring beyond these limitations opens up infinite potential for shaping our reality on a level of abundant Love and creation. You can instill that child-like sense of wonder for the world that we all have known, that inspiration to spread Love with your thoughts and actions, creating and weaving the fabric of your reality into a beautiful tapestry that aligns with your higher purpose.

My intention is to provide you with an accepting and personalized experience for encouragement and inspiration to fulfill your life and your dreams in the ways you've always wanted. Let's get to know each other and see what magic we can create, stretching the boundaries of what you thought was possible for you, and letting the spirit of Love fill our every thought and action.
